The WA Police Force Psychology Unit provides psychological services to support the wellbeing, capability and operational readiness of WA Police Force employees. 

Psychologists undertake a range of psychological assessment, intervention and support services including recruitment and suitability assessments, specialised operational assessments, counselling, wellbeing interventions, fitness for duty assessments, risk assessments, psychoeducation and consultation services. The role contributes to individual wellbeing outcomes and organisational capability through the delivery of evidence-based psychological services.
