What you’ll do
·
Conduct screenings, clinical interviews, risk
assessments and Mental Status Examinations.
·
Identify barriers and create individualised
support plans using a biopsychosocial approach.
·
Administer and interpret psychometric measures
for wellbeing, vocational functioning and job readiness.
·
Deliver evidence-based individual interventions
and structured group workshops within your scope.
·
Partner with referrers, employment services and
community providers to achieve lasting outcomes.
·
Keep clear, timely case notes, reports and
outcome records.

·
Relevant qualifications and current AHPRA
registration as a Provisional Psychologist, with no conditions on practice.
·
Eligibility and commitment to complete the 5+1
pathway, including supervised practice and the National Psychology Exam.
·
A warm, practical and person-centred approach.
·
Sound judgement, curiosity and a commitment to
ethical, evidence-based practice.
·
Strong communication, organisation and
documentation skills.
·
Mental health, community, vocational or
employment services experience is welcome—but mindset and commitment matter
most.
The essentials: Australian working rights, a current
driver’s licence, and the ability to obtain and maintain a satisfactory
National Police Check and state-relevant Working with Children Check.
