The Anna Centre is expanding and is seeking Psychologists to join our established and growing practice on a full-time/part-time basis. These roles involve delivering high-quality psychological assessment and counselling services to individuals across a range of presentations, including EAP, Medicare and wellbeing programs.

Duties and responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Conduct psychological assessments to identify cognitive, emotional and behavioural needs
• Provide individual and group counselling using evidence-based psychological approaches
• Develop, implement and review treatment and intervention plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions to optimise outcomes
• Prepare accurate and timely clinical documentation, reports and treatment summaries
• Communicate professionally with referrers, including GPs and other health professionals
• Maintain complete and compliant client records in line with legislation and organisational systems
• Apply psychological principles to support client wellbeing, resilience and functional recovery
• Participate in program delivery, service development and quality improvement activities
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
Skills and experience required
• Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or higher qualification (essential)
• A minimum of 12 months full-time (or equivalent) post-registration experience as a Psychologist
• Demonstrated experience delivering counselling and psychological interventions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Commitment to ethical, culturally safe and client-centred practice
