AusCare Psychology is opening in Berwick, and we’re seeking four founding psychologists to build something exceptional with us from day one.

We’re a practitioner-first clinic in the heart of the City of Casey — one of Australia’s fastest-growing regions and among the most underserved for psychological services. Demand here is high and durable, which means a full, steady caseload for the clinicians who join us.

Remuneration

• A competitive split of up to 60% to the practitioner, tiered to experience.

Who we’re looking for

• Psychologists registered with AHPRA (general or clinical)

• All experience levels welcome — early-career to senior

• A genuine interest in helping establish a high-quality, community-focused service
