Remuneration:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $173,368 p.a., comprising salary between $144,991 - $151,289 p.a., (Nurse Grade 7) or remuneration package value up to $172,615 p.a., comprising salary between $144,991 - $151,289 p.a. (HP5), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).

Your opportunity:

·         To lead, coordinate and operationally manage the Continuing Care and Forensic Mental Health multidisciplinary team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness, in the provision of quality clinical services to stakeholders/consumers of the Wide Bay Mental Health Services.

·         This role provides operational service delivery management and coordination of the Mental Health Clinicians within the team on a day to day basis with specific responsibilities for resource allocation, involvement in performance appraisal and development of the individuals in the team.

·         Deliver advanced level clinical services and clinical service leadership to ensure clinical responsiveness to mental health presentations via Community Mental Health.

·         Maintain service delivery within endorsed Models of Service Delivery and Service Capability Frameworks by facilitating, coordinating and promoting the Continuing Care and Forensic Team, its direction, practice and policy framework.
