Drummoyne Psychology is a warm, well-established, and highly regarded private practice located in Sydney’s Inner West. We are seeking a passionate and thoughtful Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to join our supportive and collaborative team.
This position offers flexibility, with applicants able to choose between either:
- Employee role, or
- Contractor arrangement

The Role
We welcome applications from Psychologists and Clinical Psychologists with experience or interest in working with a range of client presentations across the lifespan, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Clinicians are supported to shape their caseload around their particular interests, strengths, and preferred client groups.
Our clinicians work across a broad range of presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, neurodivergence, personality and attachment-related concerns, OCD, eating and body image concerns. There is also opportunity to work within special interest areas, including women’s health, eating disorders, family therapy and adult ADHD Assessments.
Therapeutic Approaches
Our team draws from a range of evidence-based approaches including Schema Therapy, ACT, CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness-based approaches, and the My Love Your Love Couples Therapy System. We value clinicians who are reflective, engaged, and committed to ongoing learning.

About You
You will:
- Hold general registration as a Psychologist or endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA
- Be warm, professional, and client-centred
- Value evidence-based practice
- Work well both independently and collaboratively
- Be looking for a long-term professional home within a respected practice
- Be willing to work a minimum of 2 days per week
