CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST/EDUCATIONAL & DEVELOPMENTAL PSYCHOLOGIST – INDEPENDENT CONTRACT ROLE

About Us

Myndful Psychology is private practice that provides exceptional support to the wellbeing of our psychologists.  We have a growing team of 15 psychologists and take pride in providing a positive workplace culture, outstanding administrative support, regular professional development opportunities and high quality supervision.  We also ensure our psychologists are awarded generous remuneration in line with the current APS scheduled fees and a low service fee.

We are seeking psychologists with strong evidence-based skills in areas of educational & developmental or child clinical psychology. Our clients range from young children to adolescents. We are seeking a psychologist who is passionate about working with children from ages 5+ years.

·       Full administrative support Monday-Friday including intake, triage and booking referrals; management of waitlist and confirmation of bookings, payment and debt collection

·       Social events, team collaboration, supportive & friendly environment

About you

·       Demonstrate confidence and autonomy in working with children, adolescents, young adults, their families, and carers, particularly in areas of Autism, ADHD, specific learning disorders, and broad range of mental health difficulties including those resulting from anxiety and mood disorders, and emotion regulation issues

·       Are highly motivated with strong interpersonal, written and oral skills

·       Enjoy being an active part of the team and desire to develop within our practice

·       Currently have AHPRA registration, Working with Children Check and police check and Professional Indemnity Insurance

·       Have completed a Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology

·       Are eligible for registration with Medicare
