The work you do
We’re
looking to grow a diverse, experienced, and fun team. We’re looking for people who bring strong
clinical judgement, curiosity and care. We
want to support your professional interests and expertise.
Based on your experience and interests, your work
might include:
- Assessment
& treatment for adults and older adolescents –
you may work across areas of mood, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, adjustment, chronic
pain, substance use concerns, or other presentations using CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR
and other evidence-based modalities.
- Referral/Funding
streams We support private self-referrals, funded
pathways (Medicare, workers’ compensation, TAC, NDIS, Veterans Affairs), and
employer-sponsored services (EAP, early intervention).
- Work-related
psychological assessments and occupational health: For
rehabilitation, selection, fitness-for-work, and psychological IMEs, utilising
clinical interviews and psychometric assessments (e.g. PAI, MMPI-2) to draw
fair and robust diagnostic conclusions, and work-related recommendations
What you'll bring
- PsyBA
registration with clinical endorsement
- Your
own professional interests and spark
- Strong
post-endorsement experience, preferably including within private practice
- Evidence-based
approach with outcome- and goal-focused care
- Interest
in joining and contributing to a team-based working environment
- Excellent
written communication for reports and clinical correspondence
Desirable/Bonus
- Board-approved
supervisor status
- Diversity
in professional and life experience
- Familiarity
with Microsoft 365/SharePoint and Halaxy, or similar
- Experience/interest
in assessments
- Experience/interest
in work-, rehabilitation- or employer-related services

- Contract-based
engagement preferred, but open to employment arrangements
- Competitive
contractor percentage or salary package - negotiable based on experience, and, applicable terms (superannuation, etc)

work days and referrals, with flexible start/onboarding – it makes sense that many
clinicians transition in gradually when adding or moving to a new location,
however, we hope you’ll want to grow to at least three days per week onsite

to evidence-based practice, supporting patients in their recovery and goals
- Administration,
practice management, and compliance support - Referrals, scheduling, billing,
systems, and policies

for internal 1:1 and group supervision, with active CPD and learning focus
- Professional
office, with six consulting rooms

kitchenette/lunch-room, meeting room, and additional open plan area with
potential for training or group work
