Monday, Wednesday and Thursday shifts available

 

We're Hiring: Board-Approved Psychologist Supervisor 

Locations: ISN Clinics – Sydney CBD Location

Employment Type: Casual or Part-time posiitons available! 

Salary: $108 per hour plus 12% superannuation or $160K pro rata part-time (approximate and subject to change)  

Reports to: Director of Clinical Services

Desired start date: 2nd February 2026

The Opportunity 

We are seeking Board-Approved Psychologist Supervisors to join our dedicated clinical team. In this role, you will spend the day supervising postgraduate psychology students (Masters level) who are completing placement at one of our community clinics or via our Telehealth Clinic. 

This is a rewarding opportunity to shape the future of clinical psychology in Australia, contribute to community mental health, and be part of a supportive and professional team. 

Locations and available shifts:

Sydney (NSW) Clinic

Wednesday 11:30am – 7:30pm

 

As a Duty Supervisor, typical responsibilities include:

·       Supervise and support postgraduate students completing placement in Clinical Psychology programs

·       Provide high-quality clinical supervision that fosters student development, clinical competence, and ethical practice

·       Work on-site in our Melbourne and/ or Sydney based clinics or remotely through our Telehealth Clinic

·       Collaborate with clinic staff and other supervisors to maintain best-practice standards

·       Participate in training on clinic systems, including practice management software and policies

·       Support students to complete their placement requirements in a timely manner

·       Contribute to a positive and collegial clinical environment
