• Provide clinical support, coaching and early intervention for staff experiencing stress, trauma or mental health challenges.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with staff at all levels to reduce stigma and encourage help-seeking behaviour.
• Support wellbeing teams through supervision, mentoring and reflective practice, ensuring consistent, quality care across the site.
• Deliver education and training on workplace wellbeing and contribute to the long-term growth and evaluation of this pioneering program.
