Potentialz Unlimited is a values-led private practice in Bella Vista (Hills District, NW Sydney), led by Dr Gurprit Ganda — Clinical Psychologist with 25+ years' experience in trauma, ADHD, assessment, couples therapy, and forensic psychology. We're a multicultural team speaking eight languages across the Hills District, and we're looking for 1 or 2 psychologists to join as contractors — starting at 1–2 days per week, scaling as your diary builds.
We're not a volume practice. We believe sustainable clinical work is better clinical work. That means a manageable caseload, protected time for notes and supervision, and a referral pipeline that keeps your diary meaningful without burning you out.
WHAT WE OFFER
Transparent revenue share: 60–70% of billings — across therapy, assessments, and report writing — depending on experience. Direct material and testing-software costs (record forms, Q-interactive / Q-Global, scoring software, stimulus consumables) are deducted at cost before the split. No lock-in. No hidden fees.
Flexible entry: Start at 1–2 days per week. Grow your schedule as referrals flow. This suits psychologists already contracting elsewhere, returning to practice, or scaling into private work for the first time.
A caseload that flexes to you: Therapy across adult, child, and couples presentations; or assessment work (ADHD, WISC-V, WAIS-V, WPPSI-IV, WIAT-III, ABAS-3) with protected report-writing time; or a mix. You tell us what you want more of.
Full administrative support: Reception, booking, Medicare and NDIS claiming, invoicing, GP referral management, EFTPOS, and reminders — all handled. You focus entirely on client care.
Established referral pipeline: Strong inbound flow from local GPs, paediatricians, schools, and NDIS plan managers across Bella Vista, Baulkham Hills, Norwest, Castle Hill, and the broader Hills District.
Clinical oversight + peer supervision: Regular consultation with Dr Gurprit Ganda, plus peer group supervision with the clinical team. Collegial, not training. You're an independent clinician; we're a sounding board.
Modern clinic + telehealth: Purpose-built consulting rooms at Unit 608/8 Elizabeth Macarthur Dr, Bella Vista, with on-site parking. Telehealth for follow-ups where appropriate.
Multicultural caseload: Our team speaks eight languages and serves a rich multicultural community. Cultural humility is central to the practice.
$1,500 self-referral bonus: Apply directly (without a recruiter or referrer) and we pay you $1,500 after 12 months with the practice. Our way of thanking you for backing yourself.
