As a Psychologist at Connect3i you will play a key role in service delivery and leadership as part of ConnectMind - our psychology capability that is defined in excellence, consistency and integrity. Working with a team of psychologists, you will provide professional and technical expertise across complex psychological assessments that support personnel security and workforce assurance outcomes.

What you need to be successful

• Registration with AHPRA (full preferred, provisional considered)
• Master's qualification in Clinical (preferred), Forensic, Organisational or a related field of psychology 
• Experience in psychological assessment, formulation and report writing 
• Strong understanding of ethical, professional and legislative obligations
• Experience working to support vetting assessments, personnel security and workforce assurance outcomes (highly regarded)
• Board-approved supervisor status (for Senior Psychologist role)
• Ideally hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance 
• Australian Citizenship
