Health and Wellbeing Group Program Facilitators - DBT, AHP, or Counselling skills

 Roles will suit individuals who:

 ·            can apply strong skills in facilitating therapeutic and psycho-educational groups 

 

We are seeking compassionate, self-motivated, values driven clinicians with the capacity to deliver a wide range of supportive programs across both the inpatient unit and day programs at our small recovery focussed private mental health clinic. 

Our programs are designed to manage long standing emotional and behavioural dysregulation for people with diverse lived experience. They are varied and cover areas that include anxiety, addiction, resilience, wellbeing and creative therapy.

One role will suit clinicians who have some on the job experience with Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and would like to co facilitate a well respected therapy program with an experienced presenter. Our other roles will be ideal for people who bring broader backgrounds and interests.

 You will:

·        apply your strong facilitation skills to facilitate therapeutic groups, contribute to recovery-oriented care, and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver consistent and engaging therapeutic programming

·        frequently show your emotional steadiness and intelligence, and patient centred approach - highlighted by your capacity to create safe, therapeutic environments where patients and clients feel supported, heard and valued

·        employ your clinical knowledge to present evidence-based, trauma-informed mental health and well being programs that adopt a harm minimisation philosophy

·        use your expertise and creativity to contribute to planning, implementation, and ongoing development of structured therapy programs

·        frequently display emotional intelligence, empathy, strong communication and relationship building ability to support our patients.
