At Aspire Health & Psychology, we provide high-quality assessments and psychological counselling for children, families, adults, adolescents, and couples. We pride ourselves on having an interesting and varied client population, which allows you to tailor your practice to your professional interests and strengths.
We are a growing team of 45 psychologists across our three locations in Werribee, Newport, and Hillside. As we expand our Hillside clinic, we are seeking passionate psychologists to help build and shape this exciting new practice from the ground up.

We take care of the business side so you can focus on what you do best — delivering great therapeutic outcomes. We provide full-time and after-hours administrative reception support, comprehensive onboarding training, ongoing software and Medicare support, and a genuinely supportive, professional, and uplifting team environment.
Positions Available in Hillside
We have three positions available for psychologists who wish to work with adults and/or children and adolescents.
- General/Clinical Psychologists – Provide psychological services to clients of your choice.
- Recent Graduate Psychologists – Particularly those in the Clinical Endorsement Program.
Successful applicants will ideally consult 2 to 5 days per week. Both salaried and contract arrangements are available.
Your Role May Include:
- Counselling for adults and/or couples (wide range of presentations, with opportunities for supervision of other psychologists).
- Counselling for children and adolescents (including ASD, behavioural concerns, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, adjustment issues, etc.).
- Autism and cognitive assessments (equipment and resources provided onsite, including ADOS-2, WISC, WIPPSI, Q-Interactive, iPads, and a comprehensive resource library).

Essential Requirements
- Fully registered as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
