The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Psychologist who wants more than just a job — someone who values balance, support, and meaningful work.
In this role, you’ll support NDIS participants to improve their mental health and wellbeing, while working within a team that genuinely has your back.
What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans

Deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, ACT, DBT and more)

Maintain accurate and ethical client documentation

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, person-centered care

Engage in ongoing supervision, professional development, and reflective practice
What Your Week Will Look Like

4–5 client sessions per day — no unrealistic expectations

Built-in time for reports and case notes

Weekly team collaboration with OTs, BSPs & Support Coordinators

Regular supervision and peer case discussions
What We’re Looking For
-
Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
-
Minimum 2 years post-registration experience

Strong skills in evidence-based therapies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
A genuine commitment to ethical, client-centered practice
