We are seeking a dedicated Clinical or Registered Psychologist to join our team at Veretis Legal Psychology!
Veretis is a performance psychology clinic specialising in clinical and corporate counselling, consulting, and psychological services. Based in the Sydney CBD, we are expanding our clinical services and are looking for an experienced psychologist with a strong interest in working with private and EAP-supported clients, including through ADF and those covered under WorkCover for work-related injury or mental injury claims.
In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological treatment via scheduled appointments. You will work with a broad range of presentations, collaborate with referrers and other treating professionals, and support clients to achieve meaningful and sustainable change.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based psychological treatment to clients.
- Develop and maintain individual treatment plans, using structured formulations and evidence-based interventions.
- Liaise as needed with GPs, psychiatrists, case managers, and other stakeholders to support coordinated care.
- Maintain high standards of professional, ethical, and culturally responsive practice, with accurate and timely clinical documentation.

About you:
- Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (Clinical endorsement highly regarded but not essential).
- Experience providing psychological therapy, ideally including trauma, occupational stress, and mood/anxiety presentations.
- Eligibility to provide services to ADF clients through BUPA (or willingness to obtain provider status).
- WorkSafe/WorkCover provider number, or eligibility and willingness to register.
- Strong therapeutic skills, including formulation, intervention planning, and client engagement.
- Digital literacy and familiarity with practice management software.
- Excellent professional judgement, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
