Our multidisciplinary team of Clinical Psychologists, Registered Psychologists, and Psychotherapists is recognised for ethical, client-centred practice and strong clinical governance. We value collaboration, professional integrity, and meaningful clinical outcomes.

The Role

We are seeking a Registered Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist, or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker to join our growing, clinic-based practice in Picton, NSW.

  • Start from two days per week, with the opportunity to increase as your caseload develops
  • Access to consistent referral pathways through GP, insurer, and NDIS networks to support gradual caseload growth
  • This is an in-person role suited to clinicians who value team engagement, peer consultation, and a structured practice environment

Professional Environment & Support

  • Full Administrative Support: Intake, scheduling, billing, Medicare/NDIS/insurer processing, and referral coordination managed by our administrative team
  • Clinical Governance: Regular peer supervision, case consultation, and clinical collaboration
  • Leadership & Development Opportunities: Pathways into mentoring, group facilitation, and clinical leadership roles for experienced clinicians
  • Group & Workshop Programs: Opportunities to contribute to and facilitate our evidence-based programs, including:
    • Mood & Anxiety Program
    • Burnout to Balance Workshop
    • Understanding Trauma Workshop

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver psychological assessment and therapy in line with AHPRA/AASW standards and ethical guidelines
  • Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation and reporting
  • Collaborate with GPs, insurers, NDIS providers, and internal clinicians
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities

Essential Criteria

  • Current AHPRA registration (Registered or Provisional Psychologist) or AASW accreditation (Mental Health Social Worker)
  • Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
  • Strong skills in assessment, formulation, and evidence-based intervention
  • Professional indemnity insurance and ABN/ACN
  • Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check

Remuneration
