We are a warm, inclusive, and highly regarded private psychology practice with a strong referral base across Sydney. Our work is primarily with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, while also receiving consistent referrals across the lifespan, allowing clinicians to maintain a varied, balanced, and sustainable caseload if desired.

We have a brand new home in the heart of Sydney's Eastern Suburbs: Rose Bay. With welcoming, light-filled consulting rooms and amenities, our practice has built a trusted reputation with families, schools, GPs, paediatricians, and allied health professionals over the last decade.

We are particularly known for our work with young people and families, including individual therapy, group programs, assessments and parent work, while also offering clinicians the opportunity to work with adults across a range of presentations.

About the Role

We are seeking a fully registered Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to join our team 1–2 days per week initially, with scope to increase days over time if desired.

You may join as a Contractor or Employee. We offer a burnout-prevention caseload model, including:

• No bookings outside allocated work hours

• Thoughtful caseload monitoring to balance presentation complexity

• Encouragement and support to take regular leave

You will primarily work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, with the option to see adult clients, depending on your interests and experience. Opportunities to facilitate psychometric assessments and/or co-facilitate or lead group programs are also available, with training and support provided.

Support & Professional Development

• Regular supervision with the Clinic Director and Lead Senior Psychologist (Board-approved supervisor)

Essential Criteria

• Full Australian work rights

• Full registration with AHPRA

• Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number

• Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, and families

• Current Working With Children Check
