The Role
Working alongside the National Allied Health Manager you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the clinical governance framework to ensure safe, ethical, and high-quality allied health services.

You will develop, deliver and review programs, and support the on-going professional development of our team of practitioners.

Location
This role can be based from either Brisbane or Melbourne and we offer flexible working arrangements.

Key Criteria

  • Clinical governance and compliance experience, including quality and performance management.
  • Experience designing and developing evidence based operating models. 
  • Clinical experience and a strong working knowledge of CBT and Motivational Interviewing.
  • A qualified Psychologist with post-grad qualifications (Masters and/or PhD) preferred.
  • AHPRA Registered.
  • Advanced group facilitation experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Vocational Rehabilitation experience is desirable but not essential.
