Myndful Psychology is a boutique, trauma-informed private practice in the heart of Albert Park. We are dedicated to delivering evidence-based psychological care with a focus on trauma, while prioritising the wellbeing, growth, and professional satisfaction of our psychologists. We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist or Generalist Psychologist with experience in EMDR and Schema Therapy to join our team under an Independent Contract Agreement (minimum two days per week). EMDR-accredited practitioners and those with Schema Therapy accreditation (or working towards it) are strongly preferred, particularly those interested in delivering EMDR Intensives.

This role is primarily in-person at our Albert Park clinic, with the option to include telehealth or a blended in-person/telehealth approach for flexibility.

Our psychologists are supported by strong leadership, outstanding administrative systems, and generous contractor arrangements with low service fees. Session fees align with current APS and AAPi scheduled fees.

LOCATION & FLEXIBILITY

Our beautifully designed consulting rooms are located close to the beach, cafés, restaurants, and public transport. We encourage in-person work to foster collaboration and connection, while offering telehealth or blended sessions for flexibility and work–life balance.

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

• Are a Clinical Psychologist or Generalist Psychologist with AHPRA registration
• Have training and experience in EMDR and/or Schema Therapy
• Are EMDR-accredited (preferred)
• Are Schema Therapy accredited or working towards accreditation
• Have an interest in delivering EMDR Intensives
• Are committed to trauma-informed practice
• Can work primarily in-person at our Albert Park clinic, with telehealth/blended sessions as optional
• Work confidently and autonomously with a range of presentations
• Value being part of a collaborative, values-driven team
• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology
• Have Medicare eligibility, Professional Indemnity Insurance, Working With Children Check, and Police Check
