Woodside Centre is a progressive, multidisciplinary Allied Health practice providing high-quality psychological services across our clinics in Toowong (Brisbane) and Maroochydore (Sunshine Coast).

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our Maroochydore clinic on a sub-contractor basis. This role offers genuine flexibility, allowing you to shape your caseload, days, and hours to suit your lifestyle and career goals.

 

There is the opportunity to start part-time and gradually build toward a full-time caseload if desired.

 

Key responsibilities include:

•Providing psychological therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults

•Conducting clinical assessments where relevant (e.g. cognitive, educational, behavioural, developmental)

•Managing your caseload at a sustainable pace

•Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

•Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

•Participating in optional peer supervision and professional development activities

•Delivering evidence-based interventions for presentations including:

Requirements

•General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA

•1–2 years’ experience preferred, but not essential

•Experience with psychological assessments is highly desirable

•Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)

•A compassionate, client-centred approach with strong communication skills
