As a clinical manager, you will lead a team that helps young people in custody and community address the causes of their offending and empower them to make positive changes.
You will:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitation services that addresses complex behaviours and support reintegration.
- Contribute to strategic oversight of clinical operations, ensuring quality service delivery and efficient resource use.
- Manage and develop staff through supervision, training and professional development.
- Work collaboratively with partners and other justice professionals to coordinate rehabilitation and behaviour management programs.
- Advise senior leaders on complex clinical issues, program design and service improvements.
About you
You will be registered as a psychologist and hold a full driver’s licence.
You should also have:
- Experience leading high-performing teams within complex service environments.
- Strong clinical expertise in rehabilitation and behavioural intervention, ideally in a custodial or forensic context.
- The ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships across disciplines and cultures.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenging clinical situations.
- A passion for developing others and fostering a learning culture that supports evidence-based practice.
