About the role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Child and Adolescent Psychologist to join our growing team at Smiley Days Psychology in Port Melbourne, Victoria. This full-time position will see you providing high-quality psychological services to children, adolescents and their families.
What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to identify the needs of children and adolescents

Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans to address a range of mental health concerns

Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care

Maintaining accurate and confidential client records

Participating in regular professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices
What we're looking for

Registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Demonstrated expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment of a range of mental health conditions affecting children and adolescents

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals

Excellent clinical documentation and record keeping skills

A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices
