The Role:
Our new position is ideal for an experienced psychologist seeking balance, diversity and new challenges in their career. It offers a unique opportunity to move beyond clinical practice, with clear potential to evolve into a more corporate-focused role as the business grows.
Blending clinical work with training, content development, and collaboration with our leadership team, this role in our fast-growing telehealth business will allow you to integrate your psychological expertise with creative and strategic impact.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop content for our online portal, including information resources, training programs, webinars, and workplace presentations on mental health topics.
-Collaborate with our team to enhance and expand our service offerings, with opportunities to shape business strategy and product innovation.
- Deliver mental health plan sessions and individual EAP (Employee Assistance Program) telehealth sessions, initially occupying approximately three days per week, with non-clinical work on the remaining days.
- As the business and clinical team grow, progressively transition to an increased focus on training, content creation, management, and business development, with reducing clinical responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Registered Psychologist with AHPRA registration. Qualification as a Psychologist Supervisor is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience: At least five years of clinical, patient-facing experience in psychology, including workplace health or EAP settings.
- Location: Based in Melbourne CBD, with some flexibility for remote work.
