Onsite Board-Approved Supervisors - Provisional Psychogist Clinic Therapy & Cognitive Assessment

Board-Approved Supervisor psychologist roles.  We seek supervisors to support our student provisional psychologists at ISN Community Clinic.  Students will be providing free therapy and low-cost assessment (cogntitive, learning and ADHD) services.  

Positions open at our clinics in Kew and Moorabbin! 

Kew: Fridays 9.30am - 5.30pm

Moorabbin: Thursdays & Fridays 9.30am - 5.30pm, Wednesdays 11am - 7pm, Saturdays 9am - 3.30pm

Telehealth Clinic (online only): Mondays & Wednesdays 9.30am - 5.30pm

Locations: ISN Clinics – Kew (Cotham Road) and Moorabbin (Danny Frawley Centre) and Telehealth (Online Only Clinic)

Employment Type: Casual

Salary: $108 per hour plus superannuation  

Reports to: Director of Clinical Services

  • Supervise provisional psychologists on placement

We seek a psychologist who has strong capabilities in supervising psychology services, including therapy and assessment.  The role will include:

  1. Psychological Assessment: Supervising provisional psychologists who are completing comprehensive psychological assessments to identify and evaluate cognitive abilities, academic achievement, social-emotional functioning, and behavioural challenges of individuals.
  2. Understanding of evidence-based interventions and counselling strategies to address specific learning difficulties, emotional or behavioural issues, and developmental concerns.
  3. Supervision of provisional psychologists on placement in assessment skills, interpreting results and writing comprehensive reports. 
  4. ADHD Assessment Protocol:  supervising ADHD assessments for children, adolescents and adults.

The role is designed to include plenty of flexibility - you can nominate which shift/s work for you.  

We have full administration support, and our receptionists will always be present.
