Position Title: Psychologist

Employment Type: Flexible options available (contractor or permanent positions)

Location: Ashgrove, Samford, or Moorooka Clinics (travel between clinics and in-home services required)

Reports to: Nicole Little (Director/Psychologist)

Position Overview:

Join Wren Psychology Group, a growing boutique psychological service dedicated to providing accessible, flexible, and client-centred mental health support. We offer in-clinic, in-home, online, and telehealth services to meet diverse client needs. This role involves working with clients across the lifespan, delivering evidence-based assessments, interventions, and group programs.

The position requires autonomy, professionalism, and a commitment to high-quality care. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, contributing to service improvement, and offering after-hours and Saturday appointments to enhance accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions.
Deliver services through various funding sources, including Medicare and NDIS.
Maintain accurate case notes and prepare comprehensive reports.
Participate in peer supervision and collaborate with health professionals.

Key Requirements:

AHPRA registration as a General or Endorsed Psychologist.
Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in clinical practice.
Membership with AAPi or APS and Medicare provider eligibility.
Experience in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR).
Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Experience in diagnostic assessments is desirable.

Additional Information:

Part-time and contract options available.
Services are provided at Ashgrove, Samford, and Moorooka clinics and via telehealth, and in-home.
Travel reimbursement for in-home consultations.
Administrative tasks, including report writing and session planning, may be completed from home or other suitable locations, depending on service needs. Equipment provided (mobile phone, iPad, etc).
