TEAM LEADER & FAMILY COUNSELLOR - WERRIBEE
LifeWorks is a dynamic, not-for-profit organisation providing relationship counselling, dispute resolution and education services to individuals, couples and families. Leading a small team, you will have full responsibility for the day to day management of our Werribee branch and the building of the branch capacity. You will have direct experience in relationship counselling, family violence prevention, and education and training programs. A client caseload is also required. You will also participate in a Senior Management Team, with input into strategic business plans. Leadership and vitality will be your winning edge. Qualifications required in either psychology, behavioural or social science or equivalent and direct experience in relationship counselling and/or family therapy.
