About the Role:

Monash Mental Health Program is strengthening its front end services. This increased capacity means shorter wait times to access treatment for people seeking help, continuity of care and improved therapeutic effectiveness.

By partnering with our emergency points of contact, aPM offers people personalised therapeutic interventions at the time they are help seeking.

To deliver this we need a smart and experienced psychologists to join our dynamic team located in Clayton (potential future travel to Dandenong and Berwick). Our clients have a range of backgrounds, therapy goals and needs, so you will need to employ a flexible therapeutic approach to obtain maximum benefit for each client. Client- and therapist-rated outcome measures are routinely used and consistently demonstrate improvement, even after just a few appointments with aPM.

Psychology and Specialist Services at Monash offers regular professional supervision, peer support and opportunity for career development to all of our 180 psychologists.
