Providing sexual assault and family violence programs and services, including 24 hour crisis care support, case management, therapeutic counselling, early intervention and professional education and training, we continue to grow and develop our offerings.
About The Role
Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Manager Client Services is a senior strategic leadership position within the Executive Leadership Team. The position leads an agile and growing Client Services portfolio, delivering strategic and operational objectives across 3 management teams including Therapeutic Services, Integrated Response and the Orange Door. This role will build and enhance sustainable partnerships, collaborative service responses and networks which assist in delivering our strategic priorities and enhance client outcomes.
With degree qualifications in psychology, family therapy or social work, you will be able to demonstrate your application of a broad range of relevant theoretical perspectives in complex systems. With a comprehensiveunderstandingoftheissuesrelatingtosexualassault and family violencewithinagendered context, you have significant knowledge and expertise in working therapeutically from a feminist intersectional approach and trauma informed approach.
You will be a values driven person, motivated to make a difference and hold the client at the centre of everything you do. You are a strong, positive leader who is passionate about inspiring and developing their team. You have a demonstrated high level business acumen and an understanding of the compliance and reporting requirements from a strategic lens to not only maintain but further develop funding opportunities.
