The organisation

The Cairnmillar Institute is a not-for-profit registered health promotion charity that has been providing high quality professional education and accessible psychological services to promote the psychological wellness of the community for nearly 60 years.

Our clinics provide excellent placements to our probationary psychologists under the supervision of experienced psychologists with a passion for ensuring those trainees receive the best supervision.

We have been a Higher Education Provider since 2005 and offer excellent postgraduate programs in psychology and counselling as well as short courses and professional development for mental health professionals and the community.

The role

As an experienced academic you will coordinate our Master of Clinical Psychology (Post Registration) which is a one-year course for registered Psychologists wanting Clinical Training. This is an exciting new course that we are offering, which has already attracted much interest. The role is Full Time or Part Time. The successful candidate will be based at Cairnmillar, East Hawthorn and be part of a friendly, collegial team of people. 

The person

The successful candidate will hold the following:

·           PhD or Doctoral degree in psychology

·           Registration with AHPRA, with clinical psychology endorsement

Hours:                                  Full Time (or .6 minimum Part Time) 

Location:                              The Cairnmillar Institute, Hawthorn East
