Wellbeing Check Services

Due to expansion in our business throughout Australia our offering includes full-time as well as part-time positions to suitable applicants. Our immediate need is for clinicians that are able to conduct Wellbeing Check sessions to monitor employees exposed to potentially traumatic material and incidents in their work with the purpose of early detection and referral to EAP services. We would like you to be part of our dynamic team that monitors our client’s for exposure to potentially traumatic incidents in a confidential setting and using your professional judgment refer the client to counselling support services if required. Not all employees will require referral however your relationship with the client will encourage early detection should they require support in the future to improve their psychological resilience. Wellbeing Services can be ideal for clinicians that have one or two days available per week, as appointments are scheduled according to the clinician’s availability.
