About Yarra Valley Psychology
Yarra Valley Psychology is a well-established, progressive organisation, which provides professional mental health services in the Eastern Regions of Melbourne (Croydon, Lilydale, Nunawading and Boronia). Our mission is to raise the health and wellbeing of our communities through collaborative care and clinical excellence. We have been successfully achieving this mission since 2001 and have established strong connections with our community, local government, GPs and allied health professionals. At our core we are motivated by service to others and are looking for equally motivated clinicians who share our vision.
Successful applicants will be joining a collaborative environment where they will be integrated into our existing teams lead by senior psychologists. Our team-based system works towards creating a peer and manager supported environment that promotes networking and administration. Career Pathways
As a moderate to large practice with multiple sites we can help our members progress into new career pathways to match their areas of interest and talents. This includes moving into supervision, team leadership, general management, establishing your own projects and marketing of products or services such as books or therapies. Examples of our projects include group therapy, play therapy, psychometric assessment, EAP and the school’s program. All of our current initiatives have been proposed, planned and managed by our existing clinical and administration staff.
