The Department is seeking two Research Fellows (Post-docs) to carry out research within the field of diversity and inclusion. You will make original contributions to the research effort and play a major role in field research and the administration of projects and the acquisition of grants.
You will have a PhD in a relevant field or be within a few months of completion. You will have an in-depth understanding of, and be passionate in, the field of diversity and inclusion, with a strong background in experimental and/or empirical research, excited to conduct applied work, and be highly motivated to form research collaborations with organisations.
We offer competitive compensation, a discretionary research budget and a stimulating working environment in a top-ranked institution in Australia. The remuneration is negotiable within the Level B Research Fellow range, and is also dependent on the status of your PhD. Appointments will be for up to two academic years, with flexible starting dates.
