Who We are:
The Rosy Room is a thriving psychology practice situated in the heart of Springfield Lakes. We are in a convenient set of shops with ample parking and share a section of the centre with a big GP clinic, dentist, optometrist, pathology centre and remedial massage practice.
For those of you who aren’t familiar with the suburb- Springfield Lakes is located 15-20 minutes drive (against the traffic) on the Centenary Highway from Indooroopilly/Oxley/Yeronga. Springfield Lakes is one of Australia’s fastest growing cities, it has a nice population of young middle-class families and a large amount of schools and GP clinics. The Rosy Room has a great reputation amongst the GP clinics and schools in the area and recieves a steady flow of referrals.
The Rosy Room Psychologists and clients love the very calm feel of the practice and the exceptional administration team who do an awesome job at managing our diary, minimising no shows and filling cancellations.
On top of being able to provide standard counselling sessions from one of our comfortable and well furnished rooms, you will have access to The WISC and the option to administer assessments should you fancy.
Who we are looking for:
One of our clinical psychologists has just moved on from the practice to persue a career in organisational psyc. We are looking to have a psychologist to replace them and join our team to meet the growing demand of referrals we are receiving. Our current 7 psychologists all have waiting lists of over 3-months and we are turning away potential clients as a consequence.
We have capacity for you to start as soon as possible and to quickly grow your hours up to your ideal workload. Our preference is for someone who wants to offer between 16 and 24 client appoinments a week. We are happy to negotiate what days and times work best for your schedule.
