About the Job
This is a unique opportunity for
an experienced clinical psychologist to join a dynamic team
that affords you the benefits of a public health position with the flexibility
of a private service role.
We currently have part time (minimum
0.4FTE) and full time employed positions available.
can commence anytime from now through to February dependant on your

will be working with complex presentations that require long-term treatment and
exceptional rapport building and formulation skills as demonstrated by high
client retention rates.
will want you to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with
other health professionals from a range of disciplines.
You will also have a key role in
utilising your clinical experience to contribute to teaching and supervising
our early career clinicians. You will therefore have experience as a clinical
supervisor or eligibility to provide primary supervision under the clinical
registrar program and willingness to work towards board approval.
There is also the opportunity to join the AIS mental health referral network as part of this role (if desired) to provide support to podium level athletes.
PLEASE NOTE: This role does require clinical endorsement as supervision of clinical psychology registars forms a part of the role. However, we are always looking for Senior Clinicians to join our team, so if you are interested in a similar role but do not have endorsement please feel free to get in touch to discuss possible opportunities.
