Clinical or Registered Psychologist – Multiple Locations Around Sydney


Benchmark Physiotherapy and Allied Health is seeking driven Clinical Psychologist/Registered Psychologists to join our growing team.

Benchmark is an established provider of Physiotherapy across 11 locations throughout Australia, providing care to over 50,000 clients each year. The inclusion of Psychology services within Benchmark is the next stage of our organisational growth and created in response to growing demand and a commitment to providing holistic care to our clients and our established referral base of GP’s, specialists and other organisations. 

This exciting opportunity is best tailored to a Psychologist with demonstrated experience within Private Practice. The ideal candidate will be driven by the prospect establishing a multi-practice service, while leveraging upon an established brand and business.

You will be working within specifically designed and newly renovated consulting rooms, provided with comprehensive administration support, backing from the Benchmark marketing and business development teams in providing a healthy referral stream, cross-referrals from established Physiotherapists, and provided the security of a salary from day one.

Prior experience in working with the psychological impacts of physical injury, loss of function, and chronic pain is desired, yet not essential criteria.

Psychologists able to facilitate two to three days within the clinic are invited to apply, with competitive reimbursement linked to qualification and professional experience 

Role Summary:

·        The provision of psychological assessment and treatment from within Benchmark locations including Earlwood and Revesby, however future opportunity to grow into multiple other locations including Ashfield,  Rosebery, and Beverly Hills. Working collaboratively with Physiotherapists and a growing team of Allied health Providers.

·        Provision of psychological care under Medicare, Employee Assistance Program, SIRA, Victim of crime Workcover schemes.

·        Completion of required administrative tasks associated with the provision of care under these schemes.

Essential Requirements:

·        Full and unconditional registration as a Psychologist and/or Clinical endorsement with the Psychology Board of Australia.

·        Demonstrated experience within Private Practice, working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team highly desired.

·        Drive to demonstrate excellence in clinical and administrative practice.
