Primary Care (HPC) is introducing Clinical Care Coordination services to
support people in the community with complex and enduring mental illness, impacting
on social, personal and vocational aspects of their life. Services will be made
available in Greater Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens; towns in the
Lower and Upper Hunter regions and Mid Coast (Taree, Foster, Gloucester).
are invited for contractors or employed staff to deliver these services, who
can be qualified and experienced mental
health clinicians or (psychologist, social worker, occupational therapist) or credentialled mental health nurses. HPC are
offering an attractive sessional based fee (for clinicians in private practice). For employees, remuneration is based on competitive HPC salaries for psychologists and
allied health staff, based on level of qualification and experience.
