We’re looking for a passionate, proactive psychologist
with experience in assessment to join our team.
This is not your average psychological assessment role.
You would be contributing to our growing suite of services as we work with some
of the world’s largest companies to apply psychological assessment to improve
organisational and individual performance.
Aspect Group has a proud 15 year history and we are
continuing to grow. The Group has recently expanded to include digital mental
health services, face to face workshops and advisory services.
We are looking for an experienced psychologist to join our team to:
- Manage and deliver psychological
assessments and reporting, for selection and development
- Deliver feedback and
- Provide advice to
clients on assessment selection, competency design,
- Manage and nurture our client
relationships to ensure we continue to be their trusted partner in
selection and development
- Collaborate across the Aspect Group to foster practice
improvement and build our seamless end-to-end service offering
- Manage or contribute to internal
projects focused on continuous business improvement, innovation and
To be successful in this role, you’re likely to have:
- 5+ years’ experience in
psychological assessment in an organisational setting
- Be currently registered as a
psychologist in Australia, and ideally with Organisational Psychology
- Accreditation in SHL and/or
