We are a small, friendly, Knox-based team with a strong reputation for high quality work. We are extremely well connected to referrers (GPs, Paediatrician’s etc), and receive a very high proportion of word-of-mouth referrals. We are looking for 2 Psychologists to join us 1-4 days per week. Plus, we offer great, family-friendly and flexible hour/days. 

We provide assessment and therapy to adults, children, adolescents, young adults, parents and carers. We also conduct assessments of mental health, learning, attainment, cognition and development (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities). Our clients present with a broad range of needs, including common mental health problems, relationship issues, adjustment, bereavement/loss, developmental disorders and disability. We see clients mainly through Medicare initiatives but also through NDIS funding, Private Health, TAC, DVA, and VOCAT.

Applicants will have:

  • A positive attitude and a down to earth manner, plus the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with assessment and treatment of Autism, social skills and developmental disorders is an advantage.
  • Masters or Doctoral Degree in Counselling, Clinical, or Educational and Developmental Psychology etc AND/OR
  • Endorsement in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Educational and Developmental Psychology.
  • Registration with AHPRA.
  • Eligibility to get Medicare Rebates.
  • Working with Children Check if working with children and adolescents.
  • Experience in private practice would be an advantage.
