Consulting Psychologist and Senior OD/L&D Consultant (FT/PT)

Australian owned and operated for over 16 years, we pride ourselves on our high quality, tailored consulting solutions for both individual and organisational development (leadership programs, coaching, workshop facilitation and HR advisory). These services are underpinned by our assessment offerings, including psychometric testing for development and recruitment purposes, 360 degree feedback, talent benchmarking, and climate and culture surveys.

We are currently looking for a Consulting Psychologist/L&D Consultant to join our team.  If working with high levels of autonomy, managing a diverse client portfolio and designing creative consulting solutions excites you, then this is the role for you.  Some of your key responsibilities will include: 

·       Delivery of bespoke Leadership Programs covering both Executive and Middle Management

·       Coaching of senior Leaders

·       Creation of unique surveys, including analysis and reporting

·       Delivering consulting solutions, which may include design and facilitation of workshops, focus groups or feedback processes

·         Mentoring and coaching junior staff.

·       Debriefing clients and candidates on psychometric assessment results 

·    Client relationship management and engagement, including business development

Ideally, you’ll have the following skills and experience:

·   Experience using psychometric tools and various assessment methodologies (OPQ accreditation desirable)

·         Experience delivering and facilitating Leadership programs with senior executives

·       Analytical skills including an ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data 

·         Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

·    Strong client relationship skills, grounded in consulting experience, either as an external or internal consultant, and a capacity to grow these relationships

·         An ability to cope with ambiguity, change and variety

·         The desire to be part of a collegiate and committed team

·    A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources or a related discipline (registered psychologists will be highly regarded)
