Injury Treatment Pty Ltd is an allied health services provider operating nationally across Australia. We provide professional allied health consulting services to many of Australia's largest employers and insurers.
Our rapid growth can be attributed to a customer centred approach and the targeting of a niche in the injury prevention and rehabilitation market – high quality, customised and professional clinical consulting services delivered by experienced allied health consultants. While our competitors continue to provide process driven, occupational rehabilitation commentary, Injury Treatment adds value for our customers through the delivery of valuable assessment, opinion and intervention.
Due to continuing business growth we are seeking Registered Psychologists to join our expanding South Australia team
Working with people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury, you will be responsible for assessing their needs, then developing and implementing strategies to enable a safe return to work with a new employer as part of their rehabilitation. This will include providing job seeking and candidate marketing services (and other similar services), to assist your client successfully locate new employment
Future plans include further geographic expansion and a range of exciting new service offerings. This will mean a continuation of our steady growth and will present our team with new challenges and career opportunities both locally and interstate.
As the successful candidate, you will be supported with comprehensive training and supervision to assist you to realise your potential within the exciting and varied field of occupational rehabilitation.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Degree qualified with general or provisional AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) registration
- Previous experience in a clinical setting along with well-developed clinical reasoning skills (Occ. Rehab experience is highly regarded)
- A high level ability to clinically reason and strategically plan RTW and/or clinical Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Current driver's licence
This role has a large focus on working with clients who have sustained a physical or psychological injury, with the aim implementing tailored strategies to gain positive results for all of the stakeholders involved.
