Pandora Psychology is seeking a warm and authentic Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to join our growing practice.

With six large, beautifully-appointed, purpose-built and soundproofed consulting rooms we provide a space intentionally optimised for the well-being and comfort of both our practitioners and their clients. Every room is equipped with comfortable seating, sit-stand desks, and purpose-built telehealth facilities.

We aim to provide you with all the tools and support you need to deliver excellent therapeutic outcomes for your clients, and to enable your continued growth and development.

Why work with Pandora?

  • We offer a generous base salary that includes paid annual leave, personal leave, and a host of other leave options because we believe it’s essential to be able to take time off to rest, recharge or recover.
  • We want you to be rewarded for your contributions to the practice, so we offer extremely accessible fee-based commissions on top of your salary.
  • We want to support your continued growth and development, so we’ll contribute toward the cost of ongoing professional development, registration fees and insurance.
  • We understand that everyone’s needs are different so we offer full-time, part-time or contract employment models depending on your preference.
  • We have an amazing Administration & Reception team ready to support you with client care and general admin.
  • Finally, we want you to enjoy coming to work so we’ve invested in beautifully-appointed, purpose-built therapy rooms, and we foster a genuinely warm, caring and supportive working environment.

Relevant Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Ability to work as a team member, and to positively contribute to team culture, knowledge and support.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Current registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
  • Ability to practice independently.
  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and a focus on providing excellent client outcomes.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including word processing, use of practice management software, and video conferencing software.

If that sounds like a great fit, then we’d love to have a chat!
