to take the lead in supporting communities through recovery after disaster?
Join our Disaster Recovery Team and provide strategic leadership, advanced
clinical expertise, and compassionate care to individuals, families, and
carers during times of mass trauma.
In this role
you will
- Lead and manage a small multidisciplinary mental
health team to deliver high-quality disaster recovery services.
- Provide leadership in strategic and operational
service planning and delivery.
- Oversee human resource management and foster a
supportive, collaborative team culture.
- Apply advanced clinical knowledge, problem-solving,
and community development skills to complex cases.
- Ensure compliance with Queensland Recovery Plan
standards and National Standards for Mental Health Services.

What You’ll Need
- Four-year Psychology degree (Honours or Graduate
Diploma)
- Class “C” motor vehicle licence
- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and
experience in complex contemporary practice standards.
