Clinic Director – Families SA

We are seeking an experienced individual to be responsible for the supervision and management of student placements to meet APAC accreditation requirements. You will also be responsible for the planning, delivery and management of specialist psychological services to clients of Families SA by the University of Adelaide Masters of Psychology students through negotiation, liaison and cooperation with Families SA Psychological Services. You should have:
· A Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and be eligible for membership of the Australian Psychological Society College of Clinical Psychologists
§ Registration under the provisions of the Psychological Practices Act 1973
§ Demonstrated ability to utilise diagnostic techniques, analyse information and make clear decisions.
§ An ability to work under pressure, organise priorities and meet deadlines
§ Demonstrated ability to provide oral and written opinions and/or reports incorporating psychological knowledge and theory to clients, staff and the Courts
· Demonstrated experience in the successful supervision of clinical psychology students
· Proven experience and demonstrated ability working with children, young people and familiesFull-time salary: (HEO9) $84,852 - $90,909 per annum, pro rata at 18.38 hours per week (0.5FTE).An employer superannuation contribution of 9% applies. This part-time, fixed-term position is available immediately until 31 December 2011.
