Student Services - Alice Springs and Tennant Creek

1 Temporary vacancy is available in each location to 1 March 2013

The Student Services team provides support to school communities for students with disabilities and special needs. The Education Advisor Psychologist positions are based in the Alice Springs and Tennant Creek offices and are required to work within a trans disciplinary team of specialist advisory teachers. Collaboration with a range of Student Services personnel providing other complimentary services is also required, as is interaction with related government and non government agencies.

The Central Australian region includes the Barkly district and has both urban and remote schools, varying in size from large urban primary, secondary and community schools to small one teacher schools. All schools have an Indigenous population, with remote schools being primarily Indigenous.
