Clinician

We are currently looking for a Senior Clinician to join our team and provide organisational psychology services to our customers. The role will be on-site at one of our key customers for 3 days and the other 2 days based on our office in Canberra. 

This role will ensure that evidence-based practice is implemented across the Program and that the service is responsive to the needs of the Customer. Whilst the primary focus of the position will be to deliver quality onsite services, there will also be the opportunity to deliver Critical Incident support, EAP counselling and organisational development duties as required and fitting the psychologist’s skills.

To be successful in this role you must be:

  • A registered Psychologist with 5+ years’ experience;
  • Demonstrated management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in consultancy with leaders at all levels, providing opportunities to workshop problems and provide recommendations for mental health relevant initiatives.
  • Experience in policy development and review.
  • Innovate by suggesting new and more effective ways of operating where the opportunity presents.
