Are you an experienced clinical psychologist with at least six years’ experience? Do you miss working in a team, feel weighed down by administrative or business responsibilities, or feel that you are not gaining the income that your effort deserves? These positions might provide a rare opportunity to address each of those concerns.
We seek two full-time clinical psychologists with extensive experience (preferably at least 6 years post-graduation). Preference will be given to full-time applicants, but part-time applicants may apply, with salary paid on a pro-rata basis.
This is a salaried position with full superannuation, sick leave and annual leave entitlements. We carefully manage caseloads, and the successful applicant will average just over 5 client sessions per work day.
The positions will especially suit those who have had experience in private practice, including running their own, and who would more fully appreciate the benefits of having full administrative support, no need to work outside paid hours, being part of a close team of colleagues and receiving free supervision (in fact, being paid to receive supervision). However, all clinical psychologists may apply.
We are one of the most successful and longest established group practices in Australia, having operated for over 25 years. We are nationally recognized as a leading psychology practice, including for our clinical outcome research and contribution to community education. The practice principal has 35 years’ experience as a psychotherapy supervisor and received the 2019 Australian Allied Health Impact Award for his role in clinical research and community education.
