·         Indicative Total Remuneration: AHP2 $90,046 - $104,475 (pro rata)

·         Temporary up to 27/12/19 and part-time working 15 hours per week


Working as a part of the integrated multidisciplinary team within the RAH Mental Health Inpatient Unit, you will be responsible for the delivery of evidence-based, discipline-specific assessment, case conceptualisation, consultation, therapy and treatment services. You will work collaboratively with consumers, carers, and other staff within the Unit and the Community in order to develop and implement clinical plans to maximise outcomes for consumers and support successful community tenure. As part of your role, you will also participate in educational, supervision, quality improvement and planning activities for the Unit. 


You must hold an appropriate Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or an equivalent qualification and have general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA). Demonstrating experience in working with individuals with mental health conditions, you will be skilled in the development and implementation of individual and group therapy programs based upon evidence-based practice. You will be competent in applying cognitive, behavioural and other evidence-based treatment methodologies to individuals, families and groups, and evaluating the outcomes of psychological interventions. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will equip you to work collaboratively with consumers, carers, staff, other agencies, community services and the multidisciplinary team.
