Our Clinic is looking to add another team member to cover more days and times. Our practice is well established, growing and highly regarded in the Northern Beaches area and Western Suburb.The ideal Psychologist(s) would share our high standards and enjoy contributing to our clients' well-being and friendly practice culture.
We have an interesting and diverse client base from children to adults and couples.
We have relationships with established Medical Centres, external Practitioners, the Community alike plus promotional marketing as well asinternal Practitioners within our Clinicto assist the Psychologist with referrals.

§Negotiable attractive hourly session rates based on experience or percentage base.
§A Practice Manager to provide overall support to staff.

We need someone who will:
Work with a broad range of clients who have varying presenting issues. Experience working with children, adolescents, adults and couples is an advantage however willing to discuss a combination of these different areas of counselling, your current and future skill sets.
As a Psychologist you will need to:
§Prepare and research for client sessions
§Engage with clients to commit to counselling
§Nurture relationships with local referral sources including with GPs and Medical Centres / Practices
§Undertake some administrative tasks including client notes, letters to referrers, report writing, taking payments etc.
§Continue professional development to keep abreast of new therapies and procedures
§Learn and adopt our processes
§Contribute to the positive culture of the practice and our team
§Work closely with and be open to receiving guidance from the current practicing Psychologist
- Degree in Psychology and registered with APHRA.
- Your own ABN and indemnity insurance.
- Eligible to provide services under Medicare.
- Working with Children Check.
· Referees to contact
- At least 2-3 years counselling experience to work across a wide client group.
- A Psychologist who is eager to take ondays and hours as the client base grows. Currently we have Monday’s to Thursday’s available including after hours work. This would also include Saturday’s (preferred) for a few hours.
We have flexible working arrangements and are able to openly discuss days and times to suit the right Psychologist(s).
