We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and highly skilled individual with a Degree in Psychology to provide therapeutic intervention and support to staff who are mainly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employed by NWQICSS both professionally and personally. You will also provide support and assistance to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and their children, to attain their identified goals. The position is based in Mount Isa.
Candidates Must Have:
Degree in Psychology
Eligible for AHPRA Registration
Excellent organisational and time management.
Effective written and oral communication.
Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Ability to acquire a Blue Card
Possession of current clean Australian Driver’s Licence.
High level computer knowledge
Must pass National Police check
